Kenya Dolls Are Making a Comeback

Just in time for the holidays, Kenya Dolls are back.

The top '90s toys will hit shelves again twenty years after Kenya's World first launched them.

She's still advocating "Growing up proud, just like me" - the tagline for the doll that sought to help teach self-esteem among little girls of color.

"We want to use Kenya as an historical brand, to be able to springboard our message of pride within the family and community," says President and CEO Neil Levine. The company has created Project Pride, which will include a cross-country fall tour, school visits, and live performances.

Even Kenya blogs now - she can tell you more.
