EEOC and Democratic Senators Target Pregnancy Discrimination

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is targeting companies that discriminate against pregnant employees. Among its recent actions include lawsuits against Quest Intelligence Group, Bayou Wings, J's Seafood of Panama City, Chemcore, and Muskegon River Youth Home.
