Creator of the sign,Tom Savka, says that he is an Obama supporter and only sought to get people's attention to get them to the polls. He says that other people have it wrong and that there's no better way to get people's attention than with the image of a noose.
Savka says the sign will stay on his property until after the November election. "Never give up. Don't quit. I don't care about the noose around your neck, I don't care if you're hanging," Savka said.
